They put in Donald Blythe for the Educational Minister 100 Days to complete an education bill   Claire’s NPO’s finance down, fires people. Frank & Zoe meeting and agreement about printing what he gives Peter caught for drunk & drive, Frank takes him out by talking to commissioner (Barney). Blythe brings a bill which isn’t good, Frank shreds it, Doug pulls it from garbage and he gives it to Zoe.
