 Ep 1

• Doug is recovering
• Frank has many oppositions in Media
• Frank proposes AmWorks bill in media, he is teased for it
• Doug asks Gavin to find Rachel
• Seth makes public statements abt AmWorks and the White House’s position on things
• Frank creates a team to create a bill for providing jobs by reducing PF money
• Doug’s hand breaks but he comes with a broken hand to meet Frank
• The Chief Justice(Robert) gets Alzheimers and wishes to resign, Frank persuades him and makes him stay for the AmWorks bill
• A Muslim terrorist is found in radar and Frank asks the military to strike without casualties
• Claire meets Senator(Mendoza) abt her becoming UN Ambassador, he plans on running against Frank in the next election and agrees to not sabotage her plans but doesn’t accept open support
• Claire and Frank talk abt some mutual agreement between them and that she wanted to file her nomination for UN ambassador post before Frank loses the next election, he promises to win
• Doug drinks and calls a callgirl
• Frank meets the defence minister and they launch a missile onto the terrorist’s vehicle in mid night

Ep 2

• Claire is interviewed by the senate for the UN ambassador post, Mendoza makes her angry in public and asks her to leave
• Jackie , Terry Womack, Bob Birch and Frank meet, they ask frank to no contest in the next election
• Frank meets Terry, Terry accepts that it was his idea to not let Frank contest
• Remy meets Jackie he asks her to be Frank’s spy in the leadership she wants to be the VP in return for it
• Frank calls some business men for their financial support to win even if his party members denied support
• Claire calls all the senators who interviewed her, apologises and persuades some of them
• Jackie meets Alya and ignites in her abt the meeting where the leadership asked Frank to not contest (but doesn’t mention the exact conversations)
• The senate votes against Claire
• Ayla talks with Seth abt the meeting where the leadership asked Frank to not contest
• Seth tells Remy abt Ayla knowing abt it, Remy calls Jackie who confirms it was her doing, Remyy tells abt this to Frank
• Frank talks to leadership and agrees to not contest, under the condition that they help him pass his AmWorks bill
• Frank makes public statement abt AmWorks and discloses that he isn’t going to stand in the next election
• Frank asks Dunbar to make the missile drone case (where  few civilians died) to be finished by telling the truth that it was shot by the CIA
• Claire and frank talk, she asks to appeal for the second time which would make frank seem more bad as it would be strong handling for nepotism, frank agrees after her persuation 

Ep 3

• Russian PM comes to US, protests burst
• Russian PM refuses the Jordan valley offer Frank had made
• Claire is the UN ambassador : Claire and Cathy meet Palestine reps who disagree and are skeptical abt joining Russia in the Jordan valley with a joint troop
• Frank tries persuading the Russian PM who stays still in his decisions
• Claire and Cathy meet with the Russian reps, they dishonour Claire and Frank even though frank wasn’t present in the meeting
• FBI director finds Gavin’s friend and asks him for other names which he refuses
• Dinner : Russian patriots are set up by Frank to dishonour the Russian PM in the dinner which they do successfully, but the PM doesn’t budge
• Frank promises Mendoza to not veto against him in exchange for support for the AmWorks bill in congress, Birch is jelous abt it
• Claire and PM get close with her efforts, he kisses her on the lip, Frank just wipes his shoulder off it
• Claire heals the relationship between her and Cathy, which got hurt when Claire became the ambassador
• Claire and Cathy talk, they agree on not to let Frank trust PM, they plan a different strategy as to take the PKF to the Jordan valley by trespassing Russia’s veto power using legal formalities
• PM asks the European missile defences facing east to be removed in exchange for his acceptance to place American troops in Jordan valley, frank asks for some time to think
• Frank accepts to make Europe remove half of their missiles and that it will all be done without public noticing, PM asks for all the missiles down or its a no deal, Frank asks him to leave diplomatically without a press conference
• But Frank gives a press conference alone antagonising PM
• Frank agrees on Claire and Cathy’s plan

Ep 4

• Dunbar argues in court in the missile drone case
• Jackie tells Frank that Dunbar is the leadership’s next President candidate
• Claire proposes a PKF in Jordan valley only Russia vetos a no
• Claire speaks to other ambassadors to help them support her in fighting against Russia’s veto power
• Frank asks Dunbar to be the next Chief Justice as the old one has Alzheimer’s, she very gratefully accepts
• Frank speaks with the Chief of Justice who seems to have changed his mind and asks to not retire, Frank persuades and subtly blackmails him for which he asks time to think abt
• An American gay activist is arrested in Russia, Russian rep confirms to Claire it was to blackmail the us and make them back off from the Jordan valley project
• Claire asks frank to not give in to them
• Seth takes Ayla’s press license for asking controversial questions to Frank
• Dunbar publicly announces that she is running for the presidency
• Frank talks to Dunbar, she reveals she had a cordial relationship with the Chief Justice who told her abt his Alzheimer’s earlier itself and she disrespects him
• Gavin meets Rachel’s girlfriend and befriends her
• Doug meets Dunbar and asks to work for her
• Frank goes to church ( a religious interpretation of justice and laws)

Ep 5

• Frank plans on bringing Emergency
• Frank speaks to Barney (who was the commissioner of police made the mayor of Columbia) and asks him to create public commotion by the citizens of his state asking for jobs which would give frank the leverage to take Emergency
• Frank speaks to disaster management minister and asks him to give the 3 billion USD in the disaster relief funds (FEMA) tells him its either him giving the funds or his replacement
• Dunbar makes public statements with the gay activist’s gay husband
• Frank asks Jackie to announce of running for president to split Dunbar’s votes until his AmWorks is passed and then to join him seeming she chose the job granting good President
• Remy talks to Jackie and asks her to get married to her new boyfriend as Dunbar was a family woman who would get sympathy votes (Remy does as per frank’s orders)
• Dunbar meets Doug, Doug asks for higher pay, Dunbar promises to give but without him on the payroll
• Ayla is replaced with Kate, who tells Seth that she will avenge Ayla
• Barney brings in Emergency in his state and asks 3 billion USD from FEMA
• Frank promises job for all ppl of Columbia and asks the Congress to bring it nation wide
• Kate digs the emergency and the FEMA funds matter and finds out that Frank had strong armed everyone there
• Kate publishes articles against Frank
• Dunbar meets a private foreign policy consultant and asks for counsel to defeat Frank in the Jordan valley PKF
• Claire meets Russian rep who mocks her and leaves not accepting any of her threats or offers
• Bob and Mendoza meet Frank and they oppose the emergency and FEMA funds idea, Frank offers to take back both if they brought AmWorks bill
• Doug gives Dunbar Claire’s doctor’s dairy which has proofs of her abortion and the truth behind it
• Jackie decides to run for the President and get married
• Claire meets Russian rep and tells him Frank had passed an order to send troops to Israel and Palestine who had now agreed to support to go against Russia’s veto, asks for the gay activist and a meeting with the Russian PM for Frank
• Frank hires a novelist(Tom) to write a book on AmWorks & himself and persuades him to do so
• Russian PM (Victor) speaks to Frank on phone and agrees to release the gay activist and have a peaceful talk

Ep 6

• Frank goes to Russia, he meets Victor and comes to middle grounds in all details
• Tom personally talks to Frank and gets info abt his childhood
• Claire meets the gay activist, he refuses to give the public statement (sabotaging gay rights) which Victor wanted, and refuses to leave until the other non American gays who were arrested with him were also released
• Victor accepts the half removal of missiles and not announcing them
• Gay activist doesn’t agree to read the statement and so Claire announces of staying with him until he leaves
• Doug helps Dunbar gain more support
• Frank persuades Victor who accepts Jordan Valley and to release the gay activist in return for all missiles in Chezch to be removed and some in other European nations (secretly) and a public statement by Frank and not the activist
• The activist commits suicide
• Claire tells in public that he committed suicide as he was forced to give a false statement and accept that being gay was a crime, Frank just goes behind her for consoling her, Victor is angry about it
• The deal between Victor and Frank is off
• Frank is angry at Claire and shouts at her

Ep 7

• Claire promises to get the Jordan Valley issue taken to UN and Russia to be defeated
• Africa asks for command over the Jordan valley PKF, Russia behind it, this makes Isreal and Palestine less cooperative says Claire to Frank
• Claire proposes to raise the aid to Africa to get their support, Frank denies and disrespects her
• Frank and Claire’s relationship worsens
• Frank meets Remy who tells that Dunbar had promised to not take disaster management funds but take only the Wall Street excess money
• Gavin gets Doug Rachel’s photos in a signal Doug asks for a more specific location
• Positive views abt America works program after frank’s interview
• Frank changes his mind and agrees to help Claire after him visiting the memorial and watching Roosevelt and his wife’s statues separated
• Frank and Claire’s relationship starts to strengthen
• Tom and Frank get close and tell each others secrets
• Claire talks to Isreal’s  ambassador and asks Isreal to support US in Jordan valley as she had made arrangements to make Zimbabwe withdraw its support to Isreal

Ep 8

• A storm is approaching the US and FEMA requires 8 Bil USD of which it has only 2 due to AM Works
• Tom starts writing Frank’s book
• Henry Mitchell replaces Mendoza as new Majority leader
• Bob and Henry join hands and ask Frank to sign a bill which makes it illegal to take funds from FEMA for non disaster uses in return for the Funds needed for the hurricane
• Frank agrees to sign the bill if the funds raised by all govt depts isn’t enough
• Dunbar increases her vote bank 
• Doug asks Dunbar to meet Jackie and talk abt the hurricane, she does so, she asks Jackie to suspend her campaign as she was doing hers to help ppl in the hurricane time and persuades her to do so
• Doug tells Seth that Dunbar and Jackie met and asks him to tell Frank that it was Doug who gave this info
• Seth tells Frank that he got the info from Jackie’s office
• Frank calls Jackie, Jackie accepts of meting Dunbar and asks him to sign the bill fearing the hurricane 
• Frank asks Freddy to come and meet him, Freddy and his grandson come, Frank offers Freddy a job at the White House, Freddy’s grandson sits on the president’s chair frank tells him that getting good grades in school could get him there, Freddy tells his grandson alone that it was impossible and asks him to dream and not fantasise 
• Frank signs the bill
• Russins agree to send troops to Jordan valley, without any conditions
• The storm turns and doesn’t hit the US
• Frank plans on reversing the bill
• Frank asks Tom to concentrate on the book as he was going to run in 2016 election

Ep 9

• Frank goes on a campaign
• 7 Russian soldiers are killed in Jordan valley
• Gavin gives Doug proof that Rachel is dead
• News spreads that Russians aren’t allowing anyone to the blast site and are investigating alone
• Doug asks Seth to set a meeting for Frank and Doug stating that his mother was no more
• Isreal wants to blame Palestine for the attack as they had moved troops towards the border
• Frank talks to Harlan Traub (IDP Chairman) who can get Frank votes in a state
• Frank and Victor talk, Victor doesn’t want any help from UN and hangs up on Frank
• Claire speaks to Russian ambassador Alexi, Alexi says the attack was Petrov’s doing, a secret force called the FSB so that he could wage war against Palestine after blaming Palestine for the attack
• Frank meets with Commanders, Claire tells abt Alexi’s allegations against Victor, Frank asks the commander to take samples secretly from the blast site for investigation
• Seth tells Frank abt Doug’s mother’s death, Frank knows that Doug’s mother was dead years ago but asks Seth to set a meeting with Doug ASAP
• Remy is stopped and given a ticket for over speeding
• Doug is drunk and meets Frank, tells abt Rachel’s death and abt him working for Dunbar
• Frank calls Dunbar and threatens to kill her if she burdened Doug with work
• The operation to get evidence takes place there is an attack there and one dies in action
• Victor calls Frank, Victor threatens to send a footage of the operation to Israelis, Frank hangs up on him after telling he has evidence that it was FSB
• Isreali PM tells there have been covert operations by US and sends troops to the blast site

Ep 10

• Palestine and Isreal ambassadors talk abt their fights, Claire soothes the argument
• Isreali aircraft flies over a no fly zone in Jordan valley
• Frank makes public statement supporting peace, Victor makes public statement instigating fighting thoughts against Israel and confirming his future visit to Jordan valley
• Frank decides to go to Jordan valley to talk with Victor
• Claire asks Frank not to go to Jordan valley and talks abt finding a diplomatic solution, Frank disagrees and leaves to Jordan valley
• Claire and Tom’s friendship blooms she starts helping him with the book
• Frank in Jordan valley, Victor asks all of UN & US troops and missiles to be gone from Jordan valley and to fire Claire from the ambassador position in return for Russian troops to leave the valley, Victor tells that Alexi had lied to her abt Victor killing the Russian soldiers so that she would lead Frank to doing a covert operation which would make the Israelis agitated 
• Frank and Victor talk, important conversation gr8
• Frank and Claire talk, Claire agrees to leave the ambassador position
• Russian troops leave Jordan valley

Ep 11

• Claire goes on campaign for Frank
• Frank prepares for the debate between Dunbar, Jackie and him
• Gavin calls Doug and asks him to free Gavin’s friend from jail in return for Rachel’s location whom he says is alive, he accepts to have lied before abt her death
• Frank asks Jackie to accuse Dunbar of being sexist by teasing Claire, of Dunbar being a woman from a rich family who sends her kids to private schools and abt her lack of experience. Jackie denies first as her step kids studied in Private school and that she (Jackie) was the one speaking of gender equality in her sexual assault bill and didn’t want to accuse a woman of being a sexist
• Jackie and Dunbar meet secretly Jackie proposes of she(Jackie) cancelling the nomination and endorsing her (Dunbar) in the election in return for the post of the secretary of defence, Dunbar denies as it she feels is unethical
• Jackie decides to stick with the known devil
• Debate takes place, Dunbar and Jackie cross lines, Frank comes in and steals the show by back stabbing Jackie by asking her of her step kids even going to private school, Frank has higher percentage in the new prediction after the debate
• Frank and Jackie talk she is not happy with how he treats her, Frank puts her in her place
• Remy talks to Frank supporting Jackie’s concerns, Frank puts him too in his place, hearing all this Freddy gives Remy an advise gr8
• Jackie cancels her nomination and gives her open support to Dunbar
• Remy also resigns his job from the White House and Frank’s campaign

Ep12

• Robert (Chief Justice with alzeimers) asks Dunbar in private to fill his seat, she denies
• Seth asks Frank to consider him for Remy’s position
• Frank and Claire go on campaigning
• Tom sends Frank and Claire the first chapter of the book which talks more abt their marriage
• Dunbar finds no point to accuse Claire and Frank abt and so asks Doug and Jackie for more
• Jackie in an attempt to get something against Claire offers Remy a job helping Dunbar, he refuses and wishes to leave politics, he tells he knows nothing abt their personal life
• Dunbar asks Doug to give the doctor’s journal, the one which proves that her abortion was not because of the abuse by the general
• Frank asks tom to stop writing the book, Tom disagrees so Frank threatens him with his secret that he didn’t write his first book
• Robert resigns, frank give public statement abt it
• Seth tells Frank that Dunbar’s office had called and they said she(Dunbar) wanted to make her the Chief Justice
• But Dunbar shows up and threatens Frank to leak info abt the doctor’s Journal and gives him 3 days time
• Meechum finds Doug
• Remy and Jackie get closer again
• Frank and Doug meet, Doug burns the pages abt Claire from the doctor’s journal and asks to be made the chief of staff of Frank in order to help him win the election, Frank accepts and they talk to Dunbar over the phone revealing their secret friendship (between Frank and Doug)
• Claire doesn’t trust Doug, Claire and Frank fight abt him
• Doug threatens the head of FBI to find Gavin or loose his job

Ep 13

• Rachel is working at some super market 
• Doug finds Gavin and gets Rachel’s location after beating him
• Claire and Dunbar campaign
• Rachel gets a new id in a new name
• Claire knows Frank isn’t straight
• Doug finds Rachel, and kidnaps her
• Claire is in DC, Frank is campaigning alone in Iowa, question raises abt her absence
• Claire doesn’t go to Iowa, after her talking to Tom
• Doug attempts to kill Rachel, Rachel talks him out of it, but he changes his mind and kills her
• Frank wins the election in Iowa, and gives his winning speech alone
• Frank and Claire fight, she feels weak and powerless, he tells that she is nothing without him
• Claire leaves Frank
