 Ep1

• Character emphasis- dog accident, 
• Frank not made Secretary of state, officially declared by Linda. 
• They decide to make Micheal Kern the Secretary of State.
• They put in Donald Blythe for the Educational Minister
• 100 Days to complete an education bill 
• Claire’s NPO’s finance down, fires people.
• Frank & Zoe meeting and agreement about printing what he gives
• Peter caught for drunk & drive, Frank takes him out by talking to commissioner (Barney).
• Blythe brings a bill which isn’t good, Frank shreds it, Doug pulls it from garbage and he gives it to Zoe.
• Frank gets Peter’s loyalty by threatening him with his habits
• The news about the bill comes out

Ep2

• Doug gets a college newspaper which has views against the Israelis in the US with Micheal Kern’s name as the editor
• Frank asks 6 students to work on the bill
• Then Blythe gives up the bill and asks Frank to takeover
• Micheal Kern’s newspaper news gets out, he laughs in an interview
• Doug gets a lead on a person (Kapeniak) on the editorial board with Kern and asks Peter to go meet him
• Waves on putting Kern the Secretary
• Peter meets the other editor 
• Doug bribes the girl Peter was with while he got arrested for drunk & drive and asks her to keep quite
• The other editor makes public announcement that Kern wrote the articles
• Kern is sent out for running for the secretary
• Frank asks Zoe to announce its going to be Catherine Durant
• News goes viral and she is supported by media

Ep3

• Oren starts the Peachoid problem
• Committee meeting for the bill Marty takes care
• Teacher’s unions rises issue on performance standards
• Frank speaks at the church
• Frank persuades the parents at home
• Peter works on the brac commission
• Turns peachoid problem onto oren for not building guardrails
• Marty & Doug take care of the committee

Ep4

• Bob/Birch (the speaker) creates problem in getting the bill on floor
• President asks Frank to remove the “collective Bargain” from the bill, Frank promises to bring it on floor without a change telling it makes the President weak to change it
• Remy meets Claire and makes the donation 1.5 million for promotions
• Frank asks Claire to deny it
• Frank talks to David Rasmussen about making him speaker with 218 votes of which he says 205 is ready and them both, David denies
• Frank starts analysing the votes to bring the bill on floor and needs 13 votes and lands at Womack
• Womack has a yard in his district and Frank influences Peter to close his district shipyard so as to keep Womack’s yard open in the testimony (a bench of judges ask why is each yard open so as to reduce govt exes and the district leaders protect them)
• Frank talks to Womack about making him Majority leader after making David the speaker telling that David isn’t there just to maintain secrecy (David doesn’t know of any of this), and tells him his district’s shipyard shall stay open if he promised 12 votes
• Claire denies Remy’s donation
• Frank threatens David that Bob would think he created a coup against him and ask him to agree to the plan
• Frank talks to Bob that David has really planned a coup and that they had the votes if they wished to make him the speaker and threatens him. Makes Bob agree to make Womack the majority leader and pass the bill
• Frank and Bob threaten David to make him loose deposit in the next election if he didn’t resign from the post of the Majority leader quoting “I want to focus on my own district and Womack will be the best option”
• Frank goes to Zoe’s place

Ep5

• Marty meets Frank as he cheated him by changing the bill (putting in Collective Bargain) after the Committee meeting and was to pass it directly
• Frank persuades the head of NEA(some teachers’ association) out of Marty’s strike
• Marty organises a teacher’s strike, NEA is out
• Marty asks the employees of the hotel in which Claire’s gala is to be held to not allow them
• Frank and Claire organise the gala outside the hotel
• Marty brings real and fake teachers to protest outside the hotel
• Frank gives them food and dissolves the protest
• Frank plants the idea of becoming Governor onto Peter

Ep6

• Teacher strike peaks
• Stone thrown at Frank’s home, and media support for the congress
• Peter accepts to run for governor
• Frank asks Doug to distribute foam bricks to their people, Fight between teachers and others, Marty accepts debates
• Debate goes wrong, Frank blabbers
• President asks him to change the bill, he defies
• A boy dies, Frank creates sympathy that he wouldn’t have if he was in school
• Marty comes to speak compromise, he reveals Doug threw the brick and makes him hit him

Ep 7

• Bill is passed, President gives the signed pen to Frank and VP is jealous of it
• VP is angry about ppl had not consulted him about letting Peter run for governor
• Doug receives a letter from the girl with whom Peter got caught, he leaves her at Frank’s PA’s place
• Frank tells the President about Peter and his negatives but makes him accept his decision

Ep 8

• Peter goes to his district to talk to his friend
• Frank opens a library in his college in his name with San Corp’s finance
• Peter gets the people of his district’s support for his election

Ep 9

• Frank sets up a meeting to bring the Watershed bill into being, Remy had approached all the members of that committee for giving donations
• Remy talks with Frank stating SanCorp was against the Watershed act, he challenges to go with the Republicans if the bill was passed
• Claire asks Catherine to help her with CWI’s equipments stuck in Sudan, Catherine denies support as she can’t do it
• Linda has personal probs, Frank asks her to go home and covers for her in the meeting for the two votes
• VP goes with Peter for the Campaign and insults him in front of people 
• Claire and Frank fight about Catherine not helping them and Frank not letting her to reach to Remy for help
• Frank asks Claire to meet two congressmen to make them support the bill
• Claire meets Remy, he asks her to kill the bill
• VP starts supporting Peter
• Claire meets the congressmen and asks them to vote for a no
• The voting is over and the bill is washed out for NO

Ep 10

• President gets  to know Linda was not there in the meeting, Frank covers for her even now
• Russo rebels against Frank as the bill had failed
• Claire and Zoe are also rebelling against him
• Frank plans to sabotage Peter, asks Doug to meet the girl with whom Peter got caught (Rachel)
• Frank meets Remy who tells him to support drilling for helping Peter win the election
• Frank asks Peter to meet Remy
• Doug gets Rachel a new home and asks her for a favour
• Russo meets Remy they agree on helping each other
• Rachel meets Peter in the same party and gets him drunk before his Radio interview
• Peter blabbers in his Radio interview
• Peter goes missing 

Ep 11

• Frank talks to VP and asks him to stand in the election as replacement to Peter as the President and he hated each other 
• Russo is at his house fully drunk
• Frank talks to the President and asks him to let VP stand in the election
• Frank talks with Linda and he accepts that he wants to be VP
• Frank finds Peter in a police station and drives him home, kills him
• Frank meets President, and both President and VP accept the idea of letting VP run the election for Governor 
• It is announced Peter is dead

Ep 12

• Christina Russo’s assistant asks his friend Paul to run in the election
• Frank, Linda and the President interview for the VP’s post, President is angry with the candidates not getting selected
• Frank asks Linda to plant the idea of making him VP to the President in the morning
• Paul gets a call from Janine and he tells her that someone forced Peter to close the yard
• President asks Frank to convince Raymond Tusk a multi Millionaire to be VP
• Janine guesses Frank pressured Peter to close the yard
• Frank asks Doug to take care of Janine as she has been digging Peter’s story
• Frank and Raymond meet
• Janine talks with Christina, Doug intervenes the conversation
• Zoe goes behind Kapeniak the co writer with Kern, finds his girlfriend who tells her that Peter visited them before he gave the announcement against Kern
• Doug tells Frank that President and Raymond are friends
• Frank and Raymond talk, Raymond guesses Frank did all the things of Kern, Teacher’s strike etc. Raymond asks him for some favour in return for his recommendation for the VP post
• Janine and Zoe guess its all Frank
• Frank plans on making Raymond come to him
• Zoe meets Christina

Ep 13

• Frank and Remy talk, Frank asks him to  create problems to Raymond’s subsidiaries
• Zoe, Lucas , Janine find out about Rachel
• Frank meets the head of SanCorp and finds Remy told him nothing, Remy keeps avoiding Frank’s phone calls
• Frank & Remy meet Remy accepts to help him
• Frank asks Linda to set up a meeting between Birch and the President an off the books one as the President wanted to meet Raymond off the books, Then Frank leaks the Presidents schedule through Zoe so the media think Birch & Raymond are vetted for VP
• Raymond and the President talk
• SanCorp stock prices rise, Raymond plays and arrives at the Whitehouse early
• Zoe meets Rachel who leaves angrily with Doug and Lucas sees them go
• Remy teams up with Raymond, Raymond and Frank meet 
• Zoe, Lucas, Janine guess Frank wants to be VP
• President & Raymond make Frank VP
• Doug tells Christina that Zoe wanted to backstab Frank
