 Ep 1

• Doug tells Frank abt Zoe and Janine’s investigation
• Frank asks Jackie to compete for the whip post
• Frank meets president and makes him allow both Webb and Buckwalter compete for the whip post and let the Black Caucus have a free choice
• Doug asks Rachel to quit her job
• Doug and frank decide to send Rachel to a nearby village
• Head of security meets Frank and asks him to move when announced as VP, Frank asks him to renovate his house to meet the security standards
• Zoe gets message from Frank calling her the next Monday, Janine guesses it to be a setup
• Lucas’s lead asks him to not be contacted again, and gives the police report of Russo’s death which states he was on the passenger side
• Frank and Zoe talk he finds she suspects him for Russo’s death, He declares he is to be announced as VP and asks her to cooperate so the VP could “give her more news from Oval Office” 
• Zoe and Frank meet, she deletes their messages and his contact. She asks him what Rachel was doing in the hotel the night before Russo got high and spoke on the radio and if Frank was involved in it. Frank kills Zoe by pushing her in front of a train
• Janine thinks of leaving town, Lucas stops her
• Jackie agrees to compete for whip

Ep2

• Frank becomes VP
• Raymond arrives at White House, Frank gets info from Christina, he goes to the President with Cathy
• Cathy proposes to create corporate cyber security against Chinese attacks prone areas, Raymond objects, President agrees but asks her to not to be too harsh
• Ted asks Jackie if she wanted to contest for the whip as Laurie had told him abt Jackie wanting to contest (she did it as asked by Jackie), Jackie agrees and he promises to get the money for it
• Frank asks Cathy to stay with the president to not allow Raymond to brain wash the president from the cyber security scheme, he asks her to make “an unintentional harsh move against the Chinese”
• There had been a cyber attack funded by the Chinese govt and when asked about it the Chinese officials walked out of the Joint Commissions
• Buckwalter asks Frank to support him publicly, Frank denies and asks him to go meet Jackie who is being funded by Ted, Buck’s enemy
• Cathy makes a media statement as to restrain and hold the security tightly and strongly against the Chinese
• Linda doesn’t like the statement and Frank convinces her
• President also doesn’t like the statement, Frank, Raymond and the president talk (frank supports Raymond in the conversation) President agrees to make a public apology for Cathy’s statement
• Buckwalter and Webb meet, Webb asks him to drop out and support him so as to weaken Jackie who they think is being supported by Frank, Webb offers Buck his seat
• Ted asks Jackie to make an offer of his seat (higher than Webb’s) to Buck, Buck doesn’t agree and asks Jackie to make Ted “politically dead as a revenge for their old fight”
• Frank asks Jackie to publicise about Ted’s illegitimate daughter, she refuses
• The president owns up for Cathy’s statement, and the Chinese govt is also angry and stops all trades (Raymond is to loose as he has trade in China)
• Raymond calls Frank and asks him to fix the things (Frank talks supportive to him) but Frank says “a strong hold against china will raise the president’s ratings and make them win the next election”
• Jackie asks Ted to prepare for the statement as she had made arrangements to release the news abt his illegitimate daughter the next day
• Lucas finds paid hackers in dark web and asks them to hack the phone records of the VP

Ep 3

• Frank and Raymond meet, Frank makes Raymond accept to persuade the president to go for a bipartisanship
• Frank speaks to the opposition majority leader abt the bipartisanship
• Lucas meets Christina abt Russo and Zoe’s murder, she threatens to complain to the police and the VP on further contact
• Lucas’s hacker has done something in deep web Doug meets FBI chief and asks him to “put the hacker away” in return for a promotion
• Frank meets his party people and convinces them for a bipartisanship while the republicans take blame for the freeze (US-China)
• Lucas’s computer is hacked by the hacker
• Both parties meet and talk
• Lucas gets an anonymous courier with an iPad from the hacker
• Frank and the opposition leader talk Frank promises to increase the retirement age in return for their party to take blame for the freeze
• Opposition party starts opposing them and does not take their calls, Tusk tells the president that it was Frank’s idea to compromise with the retirement scheme and taking blame on the freeze
• Opposition whip refuses to help
• Frank and co persuade 10 republicans to vote against their party in the retirement bill
• Opposition party senators walk out, Frank’s team proposes to arrest all absent senators and as the opposition party members are absent the proposal is accepted by sheer majority of the ruling party
• Six Opposition senators accept and come (as asked by Frank) to the conference and pass the bill (he is a tyrant)
• Frank tells Raymond that he knows his double games

Ep 5

• Remy meets Frank as sent by Raymond with two votes to pass the retirement age bill
• There is some white powder in a courier at the Capitol and so Frank is stuck there
• Donald has 28 votes Frank tries to convince him
• Lucas and Hacker discuss on how to access the govt databases
• Jackie and Remy whip votes together
• Claire gives an interview and lies that she was abused by her classmate (now general) and that she aborted the child
• Donald’s team’s vote is the only option
• Jackie persuades Donald’s team
• The hacker(Gavin) Lucas contacted is revealed as FBI

Ep 4

• Frank meets Feng (a multi Billlionaire who is richer than Raymond), Frank plans to “loosen Raymond’s grip over the president”, his alibi is a function
• Feng asks that the WTO case of Currency Manipulation filed by US govt against his company mustn’t be dropped, Frank asks him to build a bridge in exchange for toll rights
• Claire tells her new assistant about her abortion’s truth that it was 5 yrs after college
• Frank asks Doug to tell Cathy that Feng wants the WTO suit dropped (as holding it will give Feng and Raymond more profits), which he expects would throw the Chinese committee off balance, He asks him to leak the suit dropping news
• Claire meets the Tricia (First Lady) and the women’ caucus and plans to prevent sexual abuse in the military
• A person (Seth) goes and meets the wife of the doctor who aborted Claire’s child and takes the doctor’s journal which has records of the abortion
• Doug meets Feng, Feng dishonours him and tells that the Bridge will happen only if the WTO suit is reinforced, and threatens to bypass the VP
• Frank, President and Raymond talk, Frank dodges all the blames over him put forward by Raymond of him falsely stating Feng’s messages and turns the blame towards Raymond that he would also profit from the WTO suit, President wants the Bridge
• Seth meets Claire and asks to be selected as new assistant
• Frank and Feng meet, Frank refuses to budge and proclaims to wield the US govt, Feng leaves angrily
• Frank, President and Raymond talk, Feng has told abt his meeting with Frank to Raymond, President angrily accepts to “show strength”, he is angry on both of them
• Lucas arrested

Ep 6

• Energy crisis, higher EB prices (China is the largest supplier of Samarium to US)
• Raymond asks Frank to speak with the President to go soft with China, Frank neither agrees nor denies
• Meeting, Frank suggests the purchase of Samarium from India for Defence Purposes and sell it to Nuclear power plants at subsidised prices to make China understand that they can wait it out
• Remy and Frank meet, Remy asks why Frank is cornering Raymond (US-China trade war stops his JV with Feng, the Samarium subsidy reduces Raymond’s nuclear power plants’ profits), Frank says “Stubborness is costlier than Obedience”
• Lucas asks Hammershmit (his old boss in herald) to write an article abt the conspiracy against Frank, he agrees
• Frank and President meet, Raymond’s company and a few more had rejected the subsidy offer by the Govt and resist from budging, Frank asks the President to create a mirage of passing a bill that would takeover all nuclear power plants unto the govt’s control like the emergency so as to make Raymond budge, President accepts and asks him to do it
• Remy and Jackie meet, she tells him about the new bill plan and asks him to convey it to Raymond
• Remy texts Jackie that Raymond was to go to the court if such a law was passed
• Frank and President meet, President declares that he is going to call Raymond and solve the problem, Frank asks him not to, President says “I know how to handle my office”
• Claire meets Christina, asks her to meet the First Lady and tell that she is happy to work for the president
• Hammershmitt writes the article, Frank calls him and meets him (he behaves as if he doesn’t care abt it)
• Christina does as asked by Claire
• FBI visit Janine and threaten to arrest her
• Frank and Raymond meet, Raymond doesn’t fear a FERC audit
• Raymond creates power outages
• President and Raymond talk, Raymond says there will be power cut for few days for maintenance in power plants
• Frank tells he is lying, He lies that Raymond told him that President and he (Raymond) were smooth on the subsidy when they spoke and so he (Frank) told abt their alternate plan of FERC audit and that Raymond was playing a double game
• Janine betrays Lucas and signs that he lied
• Frank and Raymond meet, Raymond asks why he is doing these, Frank says it is not anymore profitable for him to befriend Raymond, He threatens him to call Linda and accept the subsidy 

Ep 7

• An ad showing the ruling party as a waste spreads
• President and Frank meet, President gets angry at him, Frank shows anger in return
• Frank finds Raymond has been funding the ad
• Frank sends the president a gift for apologising
• Doug goes to the casino through where the ad fund was routed as asked by Frank, He is identified as the VP’s Staffa and monitored in CCTV
• Frank and President have a friendly talk
• Remy and Jackie are in a relationship
• Seth is revealed as a hitman hired by Remy (but for what?)
• Doug finds out that there are planes carrying Chinese ppl to and from the casino, leaving them in a separate floor for themselves and that these planes are owned by Feng’s company
• Frank calls Raymond, Frank finds out that Raymond had been separating the congress members
• Doug goes to China to meet Feng, and asks to stop funding the republicans and says “now we have nothing to gain by cheating you”
• Frank and Seth talk, Frank makes Seth reveal that he was hired by Remy, Frank asks him to be his spy on Remy and Tusk’s side
• Tricia is jealous abt Christina and the President
• President and Frank family meet for dinner, Claire fuels the fire between Tricia and the President
• Frank gives Jackie the sexual assault bill to Jackie to find sponsors, she delays it (but why)
• President asks Frank to call him by name in private
• Doug and Feng meet, Feng wants the bridge in return to stop the funding for Republicans
• Frank meets the Lanagin (casino’s paper owner), he and Frank fight and he leaves angrily

Ep 8

• News comes that Chinese company is to build the bridge
• Remy contacts Claire’s old employee whom she fired
• Frank tells Linda about the bridge, Linda refuses
• Claire and Tricia develop rapport 
• Jackie asks rely from where the funds came from
• Frank talks to the president abt the bridge, he asks if he (Frank) is obsessed with the bridge as Linda says, Frank persuades him by using his personal life
• Frank and Doug help Lanagin’s enemy tribe to get recognised
• Tricia and President fight
• Frank goes to meet Lanagin with the alibi of attending a Fundraiser
• Lanagin, Raymond and Frank meet, The enemy tribe had been compensated, Lanagin disrespects Frank so he leaves angrily
• Frank asks Doug to set up a meeting with the president asap without Linda in it
• Frank and Linda fight, Linda tries to back stab Frank by speaking privately to the President who gives her a nose cut
• Remy knows Seth works for Frank
• President accepts to make the bridge happen
• Linda resigns
• Doug tells Feng that the bridge is a go and asks him to cut out his and Raumond’s JV as a return to the favour
• Claire’s photo taken by her bf is released in media by Raymond

Ep 9

• Claire talks to Adam and asks him to deny taking the photo
• Adam does so
• But Claire tells the press that he took it in their place in the presence of Frank for a birthday present
• Adam is angry with her
• Remy meets Adam, and blackmails him with his would be father in law
• Another photo of her bathing is released
• Seth sets up a model
• News about Freddy being a convict is released, Frank plans to give a statement to support him
• Seth goes public that Adam could have faked it
• Adam, Frank and Claire meet, Frank promises to save his father in law
• Adam makes a statement stating that it was all his fake publicity stunt

Ep 10

• Chinese mobilise their battle ships in an island near Japanese waters, President talks to Japanese PM
• An attacker comes to VP house, he runs away, Claire taken to safe room
• They find he was a former marine, targeting Claire
• Frank asks Seth to give Ayla (a reporter) a lead on the Casino
• Seth does the same with an anonymous tip
• Claire meets Jackie who refuses to support the Sexual assault bill and declares to her that neither can she sponsor it nor find the same for it
• Japan also prepare to fight back China
• President(Pre) and Frank talk, Pre tells he has got rid of Christina for his wife
• Seth speaks to Jackie’s office assistant and gets to know abt Remy and her meetings
• Ayla calls Lanagin and asks abt Raymond, Feng and his money used to influence the Pre
• Raymond calls Frank and asks if he had done this, Frank refuses 
• Seth tells Frank abt Remy and Jackie’s affair
• Frank meets Jackie, she disagrees to support the bill, Frank discloses that he knows abt her and Remy’s affair
• Ayla’s news breaks at the same time when the president gives his public announcement abt the Chinese problem, Press ask him only abt the article, Pre doesn’t answer
• Pre is angry with Frank, Frank promises to take the fall if it came to that
• Remy and Jackie meet, she asks if he knew abt the news and was with her to spy on Frank
• Raymond talks to Remy and asks him to target the ruling party and make them turn up Frank
• The  hacker calls Rachel

Ep 11

• Frank goes to Dept of Justice
• Patricia Tells Claire that she can’t attend interviews for the bill now as the investigations are going on, when asked repeatedly she accepts that the real reason is the Adam affair
• Dept of Justice questions Frank with proof that Doug went to Lanagin’s Casino and went to Beijing the very next day, Frank is shocked
• Frank and Co tell that “National Security is at stake” and ask time before answering the dept’s question
• Lanagin and Remy meet, Lanagin threatens to testify as Raymond had leaked info abt Doug visiting his casino and his funds etc which has made him prone to jail and the police offer him a freedom if he testified against Raymond
• President decides to position US gunships in areas near the Chinese which makes it easier for US to strike
• President tells Frank that he seems so stressed
• Remy goes to meet Ted, Remy asks if Jackie was involved in his family’s exposure
• Doug deletes Rachel’s contact, Megan knows abt it
• Frank asks the Pre to give his travel logs incl his visits for counselling with his wife
• Remy meets Jackie and asks if she knew abt Ted’s daughter and took care of her and threatens her to expose it if she didn’t backstab Frank, Jackie refuses angrily
• Remy meets Raymond, Remy tells he has no trump card on Jackie (hiding Ted’s daughter and his resignation for his love for her)
• Dept of Justice questions Frank and Doug, Frank accepts that he was backchanneling and gives his and the pre’s travel logs
• Claire meets the girl abused(Megan) by her abuser and asks her to give a public statement, she agrees but she seems mentally unstable
• Frank, Seth and Doug meet, They plan to release a statement on behalf of Doug stating that he takes full responsibility for his casino visit so as to loosen the ropes on the VP
• Remy and Frank meet, Remy offers to not oppose him (do what Raymond says) or do less damage to him in return for a future help
• Doug knows Rachel is with her girl room mate
• Frank, Claire and Meechum develop a relationship
• Dept of Justice (DOJ) finds Pre’s frequent visits to his friend’s house for counselling

Ep 12

• The father who gave counsel to the Pre and his wife refuses to reveal their conversations to the DOJ with an exception that if the patients wavered his burden
• The Pre finds that Frank set him up in the Chinese, Casino and Counselling problems and asks him to leave his sight as he finds his(Frank’s) plan was to challenge him in the next election
• Patricia refuses to side with Claire and suspects them just like the pre
• Frank and Cathy meet, Frank pulls her to his side against the pre
• Cathy and the doj talk to Feng and ask him to give info for his freedom as he is being hunted in China, he agrees
• Doj calls Raymond for questioning, without revealing their deal with Feng
• Jackie spoils the Megan’s inteview, Claire seems happy abt it
• Pre’s lawyer meets Frank and asks if he asked Cathy to give Feng asylum which he refuses, He tells that the pre has decided to waiver the father and ask him to talk to doj as after feng’s surrender it would raise questions on the pre’s honesty
• Claire meets Jackie, and tells that she is now ready to make changes to the abuse bill
• Claire meets Patricia, and tells abt the bill going through changes and adds that it was for her(Patricia’s) benefit as she tells Jackie would go after the pre and his wife
• Patricia convinces the Pre to not give the waiver, Pre asks his lawyer to tell the father as to not leak any personal matters to the doj
• The father meets doj, they ask if the pre was under any medication so as to confirm that his judgements weren’t impaired
• Seth meets Remy and Raymond and tells Raymond that Remy met Frank and was playing a double game
• Remy and Raymond fight, Remy leaves angrily
• Congress members give interviews abt impeachment for the pre as he took mental pills and hid it from the public and laundered money
• Raymond is questioned by doj, he doesn’t answer
• Frank talks to Alya and supports the pre openly
• Pre give public statement with Patricia
• Frank talks to Jackie and asks her to whip the votes for impeachment (if the pre continued with bad goodwill it would make her loose in the mid terms) in return for the sexual assault bill (she doesn’t answer)

Ep 13

• Linda is questioned by the court for proof that the pre was insane
• Frank does interviews supporting the pre (reveals Jackie accepted his offer)
• Pre and Linda speak, he asks her to meet Raymond and ask him to confess in return for a pardon, she accepts
• Megan tried to commit suicide, Claire leaves to see her
• Jackie and Donald meet, Donald accepts to vote for impeachment
• Linda meets Raymond and asks him to testify, he recieves a package
• Claire meets Megan who is angry and partly insane
• Claire talks to Patricia abt her visit to Megan’s, Patricia thanks her for advising a counsel
• Frank meets Tusk with alibi of an opera for which Raymond received tickets in the package, Frank offers to repair Chinese relations and offers a long term partnership for not telling his name in the court, Raymond says nothing
• Frank send Pre a letter with an enclosed confession of Frank to the crimes the pre is accused of
• Pre calls frank and says he doesn’t believe him and asks for votes against the impeachment, Frank agrees to help
• Remy meets Jackie, he promises to cooperate in the impeachment war in return for a job and Jackie’s love
• Pre asks Linda to call Raymond and tell that the pardon is not offered anymore (as a result of Frank’s letter)
• Frank meets Micheal Kern and promises to make him secretary of treasury if he were made the president
• Linda talks to Raymond
• Raymond accepts in front of the Jury that the pre knew abt the money laundering
• Fast spreading of news abt impeachment and protests
• Frank talks to Pre, and makes him believe that he is on his side
• Doug meets Gavin, Gavin reveals abt Rachel and asks for protection
• Doug takes Rachel out of town and en route she escapes by hitting him
• Impeachment proceeds to the floor
• Frank family meets Pre family, Garret agrees to resign
• Garret resigns and calls Frank his friend in his interview
• Frank takes office and solves the Chinese problem and sends Feng back to China cancelling his asylum
